KASH MEDIATION SERVICES
Providing dispute resolution services in Florida and Pennsylvania.
Resolve your disputes peacefully and privately using mediation.
family mediation
Going to court over your divorce, custody or child support matter can be exhausting emotionally and financially. It can be time consuming. And it leaves the decisions to a total stranger.
Instead, you can resolve your personal matters yourself privately, safely, and on your own timetable in mediation.
In addition to my 30 years as a family lawyer, I have mediated approximately 2,500 family cases.
Let me help you find a resolution that is best for you and your family.
collaborative divorce
Collaborative divorce is a process where the parties , their lawyers, financial advisors, and other professionals work together, not against each other, to find a resolution that is in the best interest of your family.
Let me put my decades of experience to work for you in facilitating your collaborative divorce.
civil mediation
Litigating your civil dispute, whether it is a complex breach of contract, a landlord-tenant matter, or a dispute with your neighbor or a local business, can take time and money and leaves the outcome in the hands of a busy judge.
You can use mediation to avoid the risks and expenses of litigation and achieve a result tailored to all parties.
As an attorney, I represented clients in a variety of civil matters.
As a mediator, I helped hundreds of parties exercise self-determination to resolve their own civil matters.
Let me help you achieve a satisfactory resolution of your matter.

Jeff Kash
Florida Supreme Court certified family, dependency and county court mediator. Also trained in Pennsylvania family mediation and collaborative divorce.
I practiced family law in Pennsylvania for 30 years, representing clients in their divorces, child custody and child support matters. Many of those were hotly contested and many of the divorces were complex, involving businesses, pensions, and alimony. I represented my clients in hundreds of divorce and custody trials and countless other court proceedings. I earned an AV preeminent peer review rating as a family lawyer.
But I also saw the futility and frustrations of litigation. Parties would exhaust themselves emotionally, physically and financially fighting in a system where there were seldom winners. And, even the “winners” were often left dissatisfied with the process.
Child related matters were particularly frustrating. Parents would spend months, sometimes years, battling, pointing out the worst about the other and bringing out the worst in themselves, damaging the children in the process. Ultimately, the judge—a stranger who heard from them for a handful of hours, would direct them to co-parent in spite of their battle scars.
As a result, I transitioned away from litigation to mediation.
I have been a full-time mediator since early 2018. In that time, I have mediated approximately 2,500 family cases, doing my best to facilitate the parties in making their own decisions. Over the last seven plus years, I have encouraged parents to consider their children first and to recognize the consequences of fighting and to try to fashion a way forward for themselves and their family.
I am a Florida Supreme Court certified family, dependency, and county court mediator. I also trained in Pennsylvania family mediation and collaborative divorce.
In addition to mediating family cases, I have mediated well over 1,000 cases involving child dependency and civil matters such as contract disputes and replevins.
Prior to focusing solely on family law, I spent many years representing clients in a variety of civil and criminal matters, including contract lawsuits, employment matters, and property disputes. I also taught business law as an adjunct professor for many years.
Let me put my experience to work for you in mediating your family or other matter or in facilitating your collaborative divorce in Florida and Pennsylvania.
